Bob Strudwick is the Chief Technology Officer at IRIS, where he leads technology strategy, architecture, and innovation. He is responsible for evolving IRIS’ cloud software offering and advancing product engineering capabilities to support global expansion.

Bob brings more than 30 years of senior-level experience advancing technology strategy for global companies. Before joining IRIS, he served as CTO at Sonovate, where he led the company’s transformation into an international SaaS provider. Prior to that, he was CTO at ASOS, where he drove significant commercial growth by modernising the technology function, leading software engineering teams, and shaping the organisation’s long-term digital strategy.
