Stephanie Coward

Stephanie Coward is the Managing Director for HCM at IRIS, where she leads the strategy, innovation, and growth of our HR and payroll portfolio. She is responsible for positioning IRIS as a trusted partner to HR professionals and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of modern workforces.

Stephanie brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, including 17 years at Capita in senior director roles spanning sales, business development, operations, and executive leadership. During her tenure, she progressed into Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer positions, where she led the transition from traditional on-premise software to competitive, subscription-based SaaS offerings.

Over the past decade, Stephanie has focused extensively on strategic HCM technologies and HR and payroll managed services, giving her deep insight into the needs of HR leaders navigating workplace transformation.

Passionate about elevating the employee experience through technology, Stephanie is invested in advancing IRIS’ HCM offering and supporting organisations as they build more empowered and resilient workforces.
