Problem

Resolution
If you do not have a (Self Employment) Trade period dates of for example 05/04/24, 05/04/25, 05/04/2026 etc then there is a DEFECT on IRIS version 25.1.4.42 where the Trade Loss in 2025 is not being carried forward correctly/or is missing on SEF4 Box 80. It may also only show a carried loss originating before 2025. If you carry forward to 2026 it will also be incorrect/missing from the calculations. (Note The correct loss in the affected year will still be showing in SEF4 box 77).
There is a JULY fix released on IRIS version 25.2.0 now out. If the data is originally from BT and still incorrect in PT then go to BT and refresh the data to PT and then check PT again.
