Jason Dies is the Chief Executive Officer of IRIS, where he leads the company’s global strategy, international expansion, and long-term vision. He is responsible for driving innovation, strengthening operational excellence, and delivering sustained value for customers across all markets.
Jason brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across complex technology and services businesses. Before joining IRIS, he served as Interim CEO of Pitney Bowes, a $3.3B global technology, logistics, and financial services company, where he advanced performance, rebuilt stakeholder confidence, and simplified the organisation to enhance long-term value. Prior to that, he was President and EVP of Sending Technology Solutions, where he led a $1.3B business unit and launched digital growth initiatives that generated over $200M in annual revenue.
Jason began his career at IBM, spending nearly two decades in senior roles across services, hardware, marketing, and global operations, leading international teams and overseeing multi-billion-dollar business lines.
