IRIS Software Group Named Great Place to Work™ in India for the 3rd Year in a Row

London, UK – August 12th, 2025 – IRIS Software Group (IRIS) has been certified as a Great Place to Work™ in India, where its IRIS Centre of Excellence is based, for the third year in a row. 

The certification comes from Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, following the results on an anonymous employee survey. This year, 88 per cent of respondents agreed with the statement ‘Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work’ – up from 79 per cent last year, highlighting IRIS’ commitment to continuous improvement within the workplace.  

The annual survey measures a variety of factors such as workplace experience, workplace wellbeing, engagement initiatives, and trust in leadership. IRIS scored exceptionally well in a number of areas, most notably:  

• Community – The team in India has built a strong sense of community, rooted in trust and mutual respect, and feel they’re able to strike a healthy work-life balance 
• Collaboration – Leaders are approachable and prioritise open and honest communication, empowering teams to share ideas, collaborate freely, and feel pride in what they do 
• Equitable – Colleagues recognise they’re treated fairly, and consider IRIS a workplace that embraces individuality and provides equal opportunities to all employees
