When you are Importing data from a CSV for self employment and property – you get Error reading file ‘FILE LOAD EXCEPTION’
The IRIS Development team confirmed this is a known issue DEFECT in 25.2 caused by a mismatch between the dependencies used internally which can affect importing into MTD quarters and Property incomes. The fix to this is now out and you will need to update to IRIS version 25.3 released in early October 2025.
If the trade and property data is coming from Accounts Production– Workaround: at this stage is to put the postings in to AP with the correct date and pass through this data into BT and then into PT.
IF you are importing Property values but not related to the MTD quarterly submissions– there is a chance that using the IRIS CSV templates may work when importing – templates are shown on this KB. If they also do not work then you will need to manually enter data into PT.
