Problem

Resolution

This rejection is occurring on submissions where Date of confirmation statement is before 18/11/2025.

This occurs because the tick box Include Officer Verification is missing if the Date of this Confirmation Statement is before 18/11/2025

Workaround

The Support team can assist with a fix behind the scenes which ensures the tick box appears irrespective of the date
The Date of the Confirmation Statement can be amended so it is on or after 18/11/2025
