This rejection is occurring on submissions where one or more directors has a middle name.

12675 | PCSR - CS01 Rejection 12675 when one or more directors has a middle name

There will be a future service pack to resolve this issue. In the meantime the workaround is to remove the middle name in order to complete the submission and then rekey it into PTP Share Register.
