Problem

If you have updated to IRIS version 26.2.0. When you access the MTD/DTH screen and expect to see the names to click on but now you can no longer see the trade name/property name (and thus cannot see the quarter data anymore).
You now see this blank space: No Trade/property income to display
UPDATE 6/08/2026: The IRIS Development Team found a cause where the property/trade name in MTD is missing:
1) If you have properties which have the ‘Loan interest and Bank Charges’ (Type 16 and Type 17) types of Expenses BUT without any Value and Data. Those 0 entries creates the problem in PT MTD leading to the issue.
2) Manually delete them if its a 0 entry (so the expense doesn’t show anymore). This has to be done for every property entry.
3) Then it needs a refresh of data (it may need 2+ more refreshes) – so restart PT and now load the client and the MTD to see if the name reappears.
Our Development Team will continue to investigate this and look for a long term fix. We shall update this KB once we have further news.
