Surya Sagi

Surya Sagi is the Chief Data and AI Officer at IRIS, where he leads the company’s global enterprise data, applied AI and Enterprise Business Architecture agenda. He is responsible for strengthening trusted data foundations, scaling responsible AI, and modernising managed services and business operations to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and the business.

Surya brings more than 30 years of experience leading technology, cloud, SaaS, data and AI transformation across global and regulated environments, including large-scale platform modernisation, migration and M&A integration. Before joining IRIS, he founded ArkaAI and ArkAI Advisors, helping enterprises move from AI experimentation to governed, outcome-driven execution. Prior to that, he spent 26 years at Pitney Bowes, culminating as Chief Technology Officer of its $1.3 billion SendTech division. He began his career at GE Healthcare and is a named inventor on 12 patents.
