Problem
It has been identified that users who have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 installed are encountering the following error: "Temporary Name Library Error" Library error : 3 DOS ERROR CODE 13 Permission denied LINE No :104 in module. ttk0039.c
Resolution
Exclusions will need to be configured with Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Following the steps below should help to resolve the issue.
Right Click the Kaspersky Icon in the bottom right corner.
Click Settings and then click Threats & Exclusions<
Under Exclusions, click Settings
Click Add and enter the path to the server.
NOTE: The path will either be in the format similar to \\IRIS-SERVER\IRIS or I:\IRIS. This will be specific to your configuration.
lick Trusted Applications, Click Add and then Click Browse.
You will now need to set exclusions for the commonly affected programs.
NOTE: The executable files for each module are listed below
For Accounts Production – iwinaprd.exe
For Business Tax – iwinbtax.exe
For Personal Tax – iwinptax.exe
Tick all the boxes, Click OK, Click OK,
Click Apply and then Click OK
