Problem
During the installation of IRIS the following error can occur Installation Error - 3 - Configuration Process The installation has aborted during the configuration process. Additional Details: ERROR: Unable to create registry key SoftwareIRIS Software LtdPractice InstallerWSSProperties or key sub values. Exception: System.ArgumentException No value exists with that name.
Resolution
It is likely that the user doesn’t have appropriate permissions but IRIS recommends you send your installation log files to us for further investigation.
