Problem
Can I produce and electronically submit the forms to notify Companies House of a change in location of registers for Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships?
Resolution
From version 16.2.1which is now available to download from our website, users are able to generate and e-file the EH (EH01-05 and LL EH01, 02, 04)Election) forms, which will notify Companies House to hold the register at Companies House.
The EW (EW01-05 and LL EW01-04 Withdrawal) forms will notify Companies House that you are now holding the register back at the registered office or SAIL address.
