Problem
Why is the CS01 not appearing on company forms even though I can see the log in the client history?
Resolution
When logging the confirmation statement using a date in the future, the CS01 form will not appear on the company forms screen. This is has been identified as a defect on version 17.3, due the high impact nature of this problem we have made a hotfix available. For additional assistance please email IRIS Support
