Problem
How do you complete the Agents Reference on page 1, section 3 of the 41G form?
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log on to Trust Tax.
2. From the Setup menu, select Practice Options.
3. Select the Tax options tab and complete the Agent Reference under Self Assessment Option.
