Error 7680 in Maximum Outstanding

Problem

The clients P11D has been rejected with the following Error 7680 in Maximum Outstanding The Maximum Outstanding value must not be less than the Initial Outstanding or the Final Outstanding Value

Resolution

Users are required to: 1. Log on to IRIS P11D and select the employer 2. Click the employee/director who has a loan benefit 3. From the Edit menu select Employment Benefits 4. Double click on the loan benefit then click the Loan Details button 5. Ensure that the maximum amount outstanding box has been completed then click OK Note that these steps must be carried out for all employees/directors who have loan benefits and each loan must be checked to ensure this box has been completed
