Problem
It has been reported by some users that Companies House are rejecting Confirmation Statements (CS01) with the following message: Rejection Details: 12024, Total aggregate amount unpaid in the Statement of Capital is required. Please provide a full statement of capital with the 'total amount unpaid' completed.
Resolution
This issue occurred because Companies House had implemented changes earlier than scheduled. However, Companies House have now reverted the changes and will implement these changes on 1st September 2016 alongside IRIS V16.2.1 which is now available to download from our website.
Customers should now be able to submit CS01 form.
IMPORTANT: On or after 1st September 2016, customers will need to be on Version 16.2.1 to submit forms to Companies House.
