Problem
It has been reported by some users on version 16.2, when generating the Confirmation Statement (CS01) form the continuation pages may not be populated and an error message will be displayed listing the omitted items.
Resolution
Please ignore the error message as you will be will be able to produce the CS01 form. However, some information will be omitted from the form (continuation pages), although this will be included in the XML content upon e-filing to Companies House.
This issue has been fixed on IRIS version 16.2.1 which is available to download from our website.
