Problem
From Version 16.2.1 which is now available to download from our website, users are now able to produce and electronically submit the Confirmation Statement for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP).
Resolution
Please Follow the below steps to generate the LL CS01
1. From the Company Secretarial menu bar, select Reports | Company Forms
2. Click “Add Event”.
3. From the Type of entry to log drop-down menu, select – Confirmation Statement date.
4. Enter the Confirmation Statement date in the “on” field.
5. Select the appropriate “Authoriser Designation” from the drop-down menu.
6. Click OK.
This will automatically activate a completed CS01 form. The Log Client History Entry screen closes and returns to the Company Secretarial Forms screen.
