Downloading the IRIS Installer File results in an error "the signature of this program is corrupt or invalid" signature corrupt invalid

Resolution

Following the methods outlined below may help to resolve the issue Method 1: “Run Anyway”.
  1. Press the Windows key and in box type Downloads
  2. Press Enter to open your Downloads folder
  3. Right Click on the IRIS File, IRISXXXX-XXX.exe and select Run Anyway
Method 2: Disable software with invalid signature to run in Internet Explorer
  1. Open Internet Explorer browser from Desktop
  2. From the menu bar select Tools Select Internet Options
  3. In the Internet Options window, select Advanced tab
  4. Scroll down and un-check the Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid
  5. Click OK to save the settings. Then close the Internet Options window.
If the issue persists, try resetting the Internet Explorer and check if the issue persists. Method 3: Reset the Internet Explorer.
  1. To reset Internet Explorer settings
  2. Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
  3. Reopen Internet Explorer.
  4. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. …
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
NOTE: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature.
