Problem
When trying to update or install IRIS or PTP Accounts Production the following error occurs Installation Error - 7 - SQL Database Update Failure It has not been possible to update the database. All programs and data (including the SQL Database) will be restored to the previously installed version.
Resolution
The IRIS Support team will need to investigate this failure, use the instructions below to send your installation logs to us
