Accounts for dormant periods not attaching to the return within Business Tax

Users are required to follow the steps below to attach the accounts:- 1. Select Business Tax | Reports | Electronic Tax Return 2. Change the Attach Accounts option to Select from Communication Tracking 3. Highlight the dormant accounts and press Select to attach the accounts to the return If the communication tracking options is greyed out, the iXBRL Accounts will need to be saved as an external file when creating the HMRC copy in Accounts Production, and then manually attached to the electronic return in Business Tax
