Problem
How to enter new account details on CHOS (Companies House Online Services) Note: Certain functions in CHOS require users to create a new account so they can use services such as importing data and downloading documents.
Resolution
1. Users are required to contact Companies House E-filing department to set up the new gateway account
2.Companies House new gateway account details will then need to be entered in IRIS as follows:
Client | Companies House Online Services | select – Accounts | New | Enter account details and select Save
3. Account details are saved in IRIS and users are able to select this account, when requesting data from Companies House Online Services at a chargeable request.
