Problem
How to change the client’s email address within OpenSpace?
Resolution
You can no longer change a user’s e-mail in Openspace. You must either delete them as a user and then re-add them or if the client no longer wants to use that e-mail address, they can change the registered e-mail address themselves.
For the client to change this, they need to do the following;
- Login to Openspace
- Click on the dropdown at the top-right of the screen | User Details
- Change the e-mail address, scroll to the bottom and click update
