Problem
It has been identified that when trying to load the IRIS Main Menu the following error can occur: Failed To Load Library ISOLPMVS.DLL Error This problem is caused by a corrupt dll file and as a result IRIS will fail to load.
Resolution
To resolve this problem it will be necessary to repair the IRIS installation.
