Problem
It has been reported that when querying the status on a submission for ABB accounts, the status stays as pending. Users are advised to ring Companies House and confirm the status. Note: Companies House will require the presenter details and the submission/envelope number
Resolution
Login to Accounts Production as a MASTER user.
To find the presenter details:
Select,
Setup | Practice Options | C/H Identifiers – make a note of the details
To find the submission number:
Select,
Posting | Posting Entry Status | Submission Status
Alternatively a Submission Report can be generated.
Select,
Reports | Submission Report
Select appropriate criteria and select [Print].
