IRIS Education takes home the trophy at the National MAT Awards 2023
IRIS Education was crowned ‘Company of the Year’ at this year’s National MAT Awards, hosted by the Multi Academy Trust Association.
The awards night which took place on Thursday 23rd March in London, celebrated the outstanding achievements of Trusts and service providers across the UK.
IRIS Education which supports over 13,000 schools and Trusts globally was recognised for its innovation, fast-paced growth, talented people and commitment to good corporate social responsibility. Some of its successes include:
- The launch of IRIS Central – a powerful cloud-based tool that enables schools within MATs to supercharge critical in-the-moment decision making. It also allows MAT leaders to have a trust-wide view of data across all schools, in real-time. It offers incredible versatility, working with whichever management information system the schools use – to bring all essential data into one place
- Bringing in new talent and growing through clever acquisitions including international expansion. During FY22, IRIS acquired Every, a leading provider of compliance and HR management solutions for the education sector and Dataplan Education, which provides integrated and flexible payroll, pension and HR services for schools, academies and MATs
- Supporting the younger generation through partnering with charities such as Children in Need, NSPCC, Bookmark and Reach. Also providing work experience for local schools and sponsoring those from underprivileged backgrounds to attend Salford University
