IRIS provides exclusive access for customers to Tolley Tax Data
IRIS is today announcing direct access to an exclusive version of the TolleyLibrary Light Service, providing IRIS and PTP customers instant access to tax data and information, as well as HMRC manuals and UK Parliament Acts.
Working in partnership with Tolley, the tax and accountancy business of LexisNexis, the direct access to the TolleyLibrary Light service removes the burden of physically looking through books or switching between applications to access valuable tax guidance.
Accountants can access the same tax data and information as before, but instead of waiting for rates and allowances to be updated annually, IRIS provides direct access to a bespoke version of the service. Accessible within the IRIS OpenPortal, the service enhances practice productivity and efficiency which is central to the end to end digital journey.
Sion Lewis, CEO at IRIS Accountancy Solutions, says, “Our extended partnership with LexisNexis provides yet another productivity and effectiveness gain, simplifying the lives of accountants. We know our customers value integration as it drives productivity savings and supports collaboration with clients, allowing them to build deeper, more relevant and more valuable relationships.”
The need for efficiencies was highlighted in IRIS’ Voice of the Accountant research which revealed accountants are reaping technology benefits, realising the practice efficiencies and competitive advantages digital transformation is offering. 79 per cent of accountants believed their practices’ reliance upon technology will increase over the next three years.
Jelena Sevo, Director of Tax market, , at LexisNexis UK & Ireland says, “As the UK’s only provider of practical tax and accountancy guidance, it seems a logical step to ensure all essential tax data and information is available whenever it’s needed. We are delighted to extend our valuable relationship with IRIS to offer this service to customers, enabling them to quickly find the answers they need though Tax TolleyLight.”
IRIS customers can take advantage of the free service by registering for a personal account to access to the TolleyLibrary Light service. Customers already subscribed to the full TolleyLibrary service can login and access this via IRIS OpenPortal.
There is also a range of special offers available to IRIS customers, giving discounts on a range of Tolley’s online products plus a 15 per cent discount on a wide range of reference books. Full details are available here.
