IRIS Software Group announces the appointment of Kevin Loosemore as its new Chairman
Kevin joins the IRIS Board, following his role as Executive Chairman of Micro Focus. Beginning his career at IBM in 1981, he brings with him extensive experience from executive as well as non-executive roles within the tech industry.
As IRIS Chairman, Kevin will oversee the key decision-making processes and guide the Board to remain focused on the company’s aim to create an open way to connect businesses, employees and accountants so that they can improve financial performance and respond faster and more effectively to compliance needs.
