IRIS Software Group (IRIS) has been certified as a Great Place to Work™ in India, recognised for its commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and empowering employees in its India offices.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, it has surveyed over 100 million employees globally to define what makes a great workplace.

The certification is driven by the IRIS KPO team’s responses to a third-party survey which measures a variety of factors such as workplace experience, workplace wellbeing and engagement initiatives and trust in leadership. IRIS scored exceptionally well in a number of areas, with standout results including:

Credibility – Management is approachable, with a clear view of employees’ direction and are competent, honest and ethical in everything they do
Respect – The IRIS KPO team feel they have the resources needed to complete their work, are able to share their ideas with the management team and feel physically safe at work
Fairness and pride – The team feel a high level of pride in their work and shared they are treated fairly regardless of their gender, race and sexual orientation
