Accountancy and SME software leader, IRIS Software Group is today announcing a range of capabilities that will continue to transform the way Accountants interact with their clients.
IRIS is used by over 18,000 Accountancy Practices today to run their practice and efficiently manage customers compliance reporting. Through deeper integration between the IRIS Accountancy Suite, and its KashFlow cloud book keeping solution, UK Accountants will now be able to enjoy greater efficiency via a digital client relationship that gives them 24×7 visibility into the financial health of each of their clients. Through its new capabilities IRIS offers Accountants a three step approach to going online with their clients, in order to provide better advice more efficiently.
1. Taking client relationships online
A new “single click” set-up allows Accountants using the market leading IRIS Accountancy Suite to generate and manage a new KashFlow account for each of their clients not already enjoying the benefits of KashFlow, without leaving their IRIS Suite application.
SME clients can then enjoy all of the cloud book keeping and payroll capabilities provided by KashFlow to help them get on top of their finances.
2. Review real time financial health of your clients from within IRIS Accountancy Suite
From today, IRIS Accountancy Suite customers will be able to drill down inside IRIS Accounts Production and see real time KashFlow book keeping data for each of their clients that are using KashFlow to prepare their book keeping and manage their finances.
3. Offer Customers Management Reports and Better Advice
Once their clients are online using KashFlow, their Accountant will be able to offer more valuable advice and reporting using the new KashFlow Management Reports functionality
KashFlow Management Reports enables accountants to instantly create and upload a fully branded management report pack to their clients online account at the click of a button, enabling them to make valuable business decisions and unlocking the potential of online collaboration between the accountant and client.
