Resolved issues

Administration

Improvements have been made to the performance and efficiency of the email maintenance tab when working with a large data set. To reset flags easier (i.e. needing to reprocess emails), new ‘All’ buttons have been added. These will set the flags on up to 1000 emails at a time regardless of how many are currently listed in the pane.

If there are many emails to reset (more than 1000, then it will require multiple resets). Once the first batch of emails have been processed and moved, reset/clear the flag on the next 1000.

Miscellaneous

Added additional API logging.

A client login issue as been resolved whereby the OS was reporting a version that could not be parsed correctly.

To mitigate One Drive causing issues with the ‘My Documents’ older, a new Global Setting has been added that moves the ‘My Documents’ folder to the users local profile. The option can be found in Global Settings >Location Settings.

Services

DataHub

A logic issue with the Email processing rule ‘INTERNAL’ will now correctly identify between internal and external emails regardless of what order the addresses are in.
