OS-102: We are sorry, the application has encountered a problem while processing your request

We have had some reports that when clients try to login to OpenSpace via the email link, they may encounter the error message "We are sorry, the application has encountered a problem while processing your request" when trying to login to OpenSpace.

If you have clients reporting this issue to you, please advise them to login to your portal directly using their browser not the email link.

If you are experiencing high amount of reports, you can modify the email link to avoid further clients reporting it. You can do this by logging into your admin account for OpenSpace, go to settings, customisation, email templates.

If you replace ##UploadedFileTemplate## with ##ClientSiteRoot## then this will direct your clients to your portal without any errors.
