Problem
When completing a client install you receive the following error:
Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file c:windowsinstallerEarnie IQ (Client Software).msi
This is caused by a previous failed install that has not been completed by windows installer.
Resolution
You will need to clean up the installation information, use the utility provided by Microsoft:
