Problem
When trying to Print Preview or Print any Invoices or Report, a dialogue titled "Exception Error"
Error details show: Value does not fall within the expected range.
Resolution
The combined path and data file are too long for Crystal to handle. Any combination longer than 127 characters will cause this problem.
Locate the data file using: File> Backup Database> check the Current Database.
Close Bookkeeping> Move the data file to a folder with a shorter path.
Open Bookkeeping and delete the company> then go to File> Open an existing Company> Locate the new data file and you should be able to print preview and print normally.
