Problem

When trying to publish payslips using GP Payroll the user gets the following error:

an error has occurred which will cause GP Payroll to close if this problem persists contact IRIS support details number 9 subscript out of range source modepayslips createpayslipspdfs

Resolution

A change has been made to the payroll system (update, reinstall etc.) between calculating the period and publishing the payslips.

Recalculate the period you are trying to publish and try again
