Problem
Employees using @NHS.net email extension are not getting notifications about new payslips
Resolution
The issue is with NHS email security processes.
The NHS spam filters are extremely aggressive, and there have been a lot of problems with them automatically filtering our messages into junk mail.
IRIS support cannot resolve this issue unfortunately, your IT departments need to add noreply@irisopenpayslips.co.uk to their whitelist.
The following additional details may be required to whitelist emails from the OpenPayslips & OpenEnrol service:
