Problem

I am unable to import statements form Open Exeter

Resolution

Make sure you have entered the correct credentials, you can check this by going to “Add NHS Entry” > “Open Exeter Import” > “Adjust Open Exeter Direct connecting settings

Note:  Organisation code must start with a capital letter

DataSource Cipher is two or three capital letters, and it an abbreviation of your health authority name.

If you are unsure what the Organisation Code or Data source Cipher is you will need to log into Open Exeter.

You will also need to check the quarter you are selecting when trying to import from Open Exeter, if the quarter is too far into the future or if there is no statements available for the selected quarter it will fail.
