Problem
How can I view my payroll data for the last tax year?
Resolution
Every time you perform “Year End” > “Clear Totals” PAYE-Master creates a copy of year-end data separately to the normal backup process.
To return to this data file go to “File” > “Year-End Data”.
From here you and reprint reports for that tax year, make amendments or send EYU or EPS submissions to HMRC.
Once you are finished with the year-end data go to “File” > “Back to Current Data”.
This will return you to where you left off in the current tax year.
PLEASE NOTE: This option will only return you to the previous tax year. Each time you perform year-end clear totals the year end files are replaced. It is important you keep backups in the normal method should you need to return to an older tax year.
