Problem
When trying to print on the AE export options user gets the message:
NOTE: The actual description seen will vary depending on which pension format you are trying to produce.
Resolution
This error is seen because the user is trying to send the pension export through to a printer, either through the report robot or the report selector list.
The pension export files are not printable reports, they are data exports and should be done from “Pensions” > “Create Pension File”
Printable pension reports in the system are:
Pension Age
Pension Earning for Period
Pension Employee Details
Pension Fund Employees
Pension NHS Remittance (GP1)
Pension Remittance Report
Pension Status
Pension Summary for Period
Pension Summary per Employee
Pension Summary per Fund
