Problem
When trying to produce a pension export file user gets the error:
Resolution
This error will occur if a user tries to produce the pension export files while using the option “File” > “Year-End Data“.
If you do need to produce a pension export for the previous tax year, rather than using the “Year-End Data” option users should restore a back up to the relevant period.
Before restoring any back up please make sure you have a back up of your current data to return to once you have produced the required pension files.
