Problem
As Lloyds bank are gradually moving customers to Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking you may find you need to change the format of BACS file you produce.
Resolution
We’ve agreed with Lloyds bank for our mutual customers to use the RTI BACS format from payroll. Lloyds bank has developed an automatic mapping system to this file format which Lloyds will help you with uploading during their onboarding process.
