Problem

When running the installer to update to the latest version of IRIS Payroll Basics user gets the error:

error 1905 oc30.dll oc30 dll failed to unregister -2147220472 2147220472 Contact your support personnel

Resolution

Please disregard this error.

While this will occur if you are updating Payroll Basics, if you click “OK” the update will complete correctly and without issue.
