Problem

We are aware of an issue with GP Payroll v2022.10.48 which may cause DEA attachments (lower & higer rate) not to deduct.

Resolution

We are currently working on a software update to correct this issue.

If you are affected please email gpsupport@iris.co.uk with your practice name along with your user or contract number to make sure you receive the auto-update prompt as soon as possible.

Alternatively, as a workaround, manually calculate the correct attachment value and use this value with the DEA fixed monthly deduction option.
