Problem

An issue has come to light in Earnie IQ v22.10 whereby the car benefit Cash equivalent for 2022/2023 value is being cleared from the field and reset to 0.00 (zero).

Resolution

This has been raised as an issue for correction in a future release.

As a workaround in the meantime, enter the value manually and select OK.

Please note: Once the value has been manually entered as above the calculation will correct itself the next time you process payroll. You do not need to undo or reprocess any completed periods..
