Problem
2021 Tax Return Master List cannot run 'MASTER cannot be selected' warning.
Resolution
- Go to Personal Tax for this client
- Go to Administration at the top of the screen
- Tax Return Master List
- Select ‘Scheduler’ or ‘Master’ for Staff Identifier
- Error Messages appear, which do not allow these options to be selected.

This is a DEFECT in the software Version 21.1.0. We are trying to rectify this issue as a high priority. As soon as there is a FIX available, a notification will be sent to everyone experiencing this problem.

This will create a list ALL clients but won’t restrict by user/partner.
