IRIS PAYE-Master

Problem

An error may occur when opening PAYE-Master Error writing config.xml.
The program may still open and let you proceed.

Resolution

Exit from PAYE-Master completely. Open the program folder where PAYE-Master is installed. This is usually C:\Program Files\IRIS Software Ltd\PAYE-Master.Net

Delete the file config.xml.

When you re-open PAYE-Master the system will automatically recreate the config.xml file.

NOTE: The file config.xml does not contain any payroll, employee or company data.
