Problem

It has been reported by some customers that the Confirmation Statement (CS01) form is not always pulling through changes to the SIC code

Resolution

This error will occur when a log for the SIC Code change has not been created. Please follow the below steps to create the log: 1) Client | view | Categories tab 2) Remove the current SIC code | save | do not log when prompted 2. Re-enter the SIC code | Save | log | enter relevant date making sure its before the CS01 3. Re-generate the CS01 form – (the SIC code should now appear on the CS01 form)
