Approval Page Not Showing After Client has Approved a Document on Open Space
Resolution
Latest Update – 26/06/2020
Our development team and third party provider have resolved the issue, so any documents approved after 2pm on 25/06/2020 will show the certificate now.
For documents approved before 2pm on 25/06/2020, approval pages should begin to appear on documents as a routine service is run in the background to correct any documents nightly. Please note that this routine service will be working through a backlog and you will need to re download the document if you have already in order to see the certificate on the document.
Please check back on this KB for further information for confirmation that documents which are missing the approval page are resolved overnight.
