AutoMail image shrinking when generating letters

There can be instances when generating an AutoMail letter where the image will shrink. The following steps may help this issue:

Firstly you will need to convert any logo from a jpg to a 24 bitmap image.
You can use 3rd party software to convert any image into a 24-bitmap, however you can use Windows Paint to convert a image.

1. Find the image saved on your computer.
2. Right click and open with Paint.
3. Click File | Save As | Other format – on the save as type box select 24-bitmap and save.
4. Open your template and click Insert | Object | Bitmap Image | Create from File | select the Bitmap Image and click OK.

The image will need to be inserted in either the footer or header.
